Smallville - The Sound of Silence (2017)
When I first heard this cover by the band Disturbed, I knew I had to edit a video of it - to something - anything. In 2017, I chose Smallville because I feel like the story of Clark Kent is completely encompassed in this song. The TV Show focuses entirely on Superman’s origin, and all the things Clark Kent went through. This video was a practice in making sure all of the scenes used from throughout all of the 10 seasons all matched with a dark, somber, blue hue. A storytelling, lyrical matching, color correcting practice video.
Spyro the Dragon is sexy and he knows it! (2017)
My favourite video game character, Spyro the dragon deserved his own video edit! This is to LMFAO’s “I’m Sexy And I Know It” and the idea spawned from the cutscene at the end of the first game for Playstation 1, where Spyro was rocking some cool shades after he kicked Gnasty Gnorc’s butt! :)
The Legend of Zelda - Link - Oppan Gangnam Style (2013)
This was a fun animation test of Link from the Legend of Zelda doing the Gangnam Style dance by PSY. That song took the world by storm in 2012! I wanted to try something fun by making it appear as though he is dancing like those told Silhouette iPod commercials! Those were awesome, a classic.
Gigi D’Agostino - That’s My Name (2011)
My favourite song artist of all time. Gigi D’Agostino and his music has been with me since I was very young and I have followed his music ever since. This is one of the many video tributes I made to him. Although the song is not one of his, it is by a band named “Akcent,” the words hold true. That’s his name! Gigi D’Agostino!
